"Be natural and read the interviewer well. Half will be imbeciles and the other half your future best friend. Be a cool nerd. And natural."

"The people @Bb were the only things keeping me there - sure, I had autonomy, but I was not treated as anything more than a secretary who had amazing design skills. So much for my 4.0 at Michigan and 7 years of pouring my heart and soul and time, most importantly, into something that was a facade."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Career path... respect. honesty. sincerity. Find Todd Gibby and ask him what his secret was, because 'the plebs' love him forever. He was what the rest should strive to be. He remembered everyone's name... and looked stellar everyday. Plus was genius. And rode his bike to work!"

"The environment was too stressful and this is why the turnover was high. Mamagement needs to address the work pressure and stress or employ people that can handle the stress."
