"Be yourself. Don't try to be a giant killer. Show a special skill that you've developed and focus on how that will make the company better."

"There are a lot of technical barriers caused by a legacy development stack. I really wish they would put more focus on modernizing."

"Keep up the good work. You do a great job of recognizing individual and team effort."

"If its a contractor position my advice would be don't get too comfortable and learn as much as you can."

"Its very complacent and its no room for growth in a contractor position."

"I would increase the communication and training. In a computer software company things change everyday and I would make sure the employees were fully aware of those things as soon as possible."

"The turnover was too much and you have to constantly train new employees."

"The environment was too stressful and this is why the turnover was high. Mamagement needs to address the work pressure and stress or employ people that can handle the stress."
