"I've worked at Blackbaud since November, 2019. Bridging my higher education experience, they hired me on to help with higher educaiton consulting and implementing software solutions for universities. Blackbaud is a great company that gives back and instills that value in it's employees. They offer rewarding work and you can leave knowing you made an impact. Due to COVID-19 the company had to layoff some of it's workforce but they took all the right steps to make sure employees had assistance."

"I've worked for Blackbaud since 2011. The company offers lots of opportunity to expand your skill sets through a variety of platforms. It also offers excellent salaries and a healthy benefits package. The one major drawback is a distinct lack of opportunity to advance within the company. In other words, a person gets pigeon-holed doing the same set of tasks at the same tier the entire time she or he works for the company."
