"The process for many things was entirely too slow. What should take three weeks took 8 months."

"Get rid of the poor management and take care of the people working the field."

"I've been at Blackbox for 8 years. Revenue seems to be the game. Techs have great moral support but we lack the tools and resources and support from the company. No stress environment unless you actually need to get your work done, and god forbid you get a raise. So you watch your pay shrink as the benefits become more expensive."

Company is trying to rapidly expand its core capabilities and offerings, while at the same time attempting to control costs. Isolated location away from customers makes things more difficult than they need to be."

"Worked over 30 years for Black Box. The last 5 years were terrible. Acquisition and new management were very toxic and created a combative/look over your shoulder environment. No raise in years. This company does not respect its employees, especially the tenured employees. Process changes in the way you are expected to do your job are changing constantly.
