"Used to be a good company before upper management destroyed it.No one in charge knows what they are doing. Morale is poor, managers are terrible at their jobs, there is no compensation for doing a good job and overall a very bad place to work.The pay is terrible. There are never raises and the salaries are well under industry standards. Yet there are some unqualified employees that make 4 times more then they deserve while good workers are starving."
