"If you like to work hard and get things done! Then this is the place for you. If you are a slacker and know only a few lines of code, then this is not. You need to be versatile, efficient, hard-working, and excellent here. To succeed and deliver results, you need a level of diligence and grace without which you cannot. A complete startup environment and fast-paced work style, daily meetings, and weekly deadlines, this is the place for action! However, over time I realized that I was working too hard and the leadership was going haywire meaning I was overworking myself to death trying to satisfy multiple requirements of multiple clients without proper planning.
