"Auditing and responsibility for many locations was fast paced, required extreme accuracy and was a great team building environment. Helping others was welcomed and opportunities to increase productivity was welcomed."

"It really is a great company continually evolving as consumer needs change. Bring a great go-getter attitude to your interview and be willing to train and evolve your skill set."

What don't you like about working at BJ's Wholesale?

"Nothing, it was an excellent opportunity to learn and grow. There was no opportunities to move up any corporate ladder but it was great in your own position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management trusted employees to get the job done. Management even helped out to meet deadlines. The only suggestion I'd have is for management to be more involved in new employee training."

"The company allowed one to take on and try additional responsibilities and supported you in these endeavors. Growth within company and personnel growth. They give you a chance to explore and grow within the company."

"The company is so large, it's hard to say. It all depends which division you are applying to."

"Too many levels of management. It was unclear where the buck stops."
