"Great company! But if you are not in a manager-type of position, you will need to always push yourself to the max, and be involved in time-wasting activities that does not or will not help the bottom line company numbers. Sometimes it's very easy but sometimes it can be very stressful. I always thought I wouldn't last 2 years there, but since I did rebuild 3 company websites, they let me stay employed there for 7 years. Good experience though overall."
What do you like about working at Bivar?
"The people, the job, the 37 1/2 hr work week, but paid for 40, the fact that the company is an ESOP and all employees have a stake. And close to home."

"Just be yourself."

"I really didn't dislike anything."

"Perhaps to train some of their managers to have more people skills."
