"I was miss lead from Bisco on a 3 year project totaling 50 million dollar project. It lasted 3 months because the company ERP coke was bankrupt and couldn’t afford to pay any vendors. So in the long run I left a good job to go back to my old company which promised me high pay for long term. Which never happened."

"They give a test, and, if you do not pass this test, you cannot progress to the next step"
What don't you like about working at Bisco Industries?
"the only think I did not like was the commute, from south OC to north IC over 60 miles round trip in heavy, heavy traffic."

"Ithink they have everything pretty much contained, and, under control. I think they got it right"

"It was close to home, paid the bills, decent benefits, and good about Holidays off."

"I would advise anyone NOT to interview unless you are desperate for a job."
What don't you like about working at Bisco Industries?
"Horrible vision coming from up top. They are still working like it's 1994 with systems, philosophy, way to sell, etc. Competition is lapping Bisco and if they don't change, will be gone in the next 10 years or so."

"Too many to put in words really. Unfortunately the manager of Bisco Oregon is set in his ways... Nothing will change unless he leaves, but all he knows is Bisco and the electronic components and hardware part of the world."

What don't you like about working at Bisco Industries?
"I hated it there. I worked in an office with only two other people.They were both managers and they hatead each other. Then they decided they liked each other and they hated me. Those people were dysfunctinal and hateful. Every day when I wake up I thank GOD I no longer work there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since nobody is offering me a fat check to be a management consultant, I am pleading the fifth. Should you decide to enlist my services then I might offer an opinion. Probably I'd turn down the job, though. What I saw was hopeless."
