"Double check those figures and make sure your bottom line is good."

"For a short time after merging with Ionex Communications they were open to new ways of business which Ionex had proven profitable"

"Be very wary of them, they have a habit of promising things to make your job better and not following through... also they tend to not follow any kind of job description so heaven knows what you might be asked to do - and to do without the necessary tools needed to grow and improve either yourself or the company. I guess they feel you dont need anything new since you will do it their way or be gone"

What don't you like about working at Birch Communications?

"They absolutely refused to accept new ways of thinking and made you feel so outcast and inferior for even bringing up an idea for consideration - and if something did change you could be sure that they would be ready to take the credit"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure that the old ways of intense micro-managing into bankruptcy which followed the MissourI based leaders from GST Telecom to Birch (which they used instead of following the proven ways of Ionex) are somehow removed by the Georgia leaders"

"I liked the call center environment and the fact that the company participated in creative outlets outside of the regular required duties."

"I would suggest to a candidate to be themselves and display professionalism."

"I did not like the fact that supervisors would coach or reprimand their employees in front their co-workers. There were no proper guidelines to assist employees when doing their jobs."

"I would suggest to management to find private places when coaching or reprimanding the employees. Also, put the proper continuity in place. It is always a benefit to have guidelines in place to make the business run smoother and more accurately."
