Biovation Labs Employee

"I worked for Biovation for 1 year and out of my 10 years of experience never have I been so stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. This company is built around fear and a “CYA” mindset (google CYA for meaning). No teamwork. Threats of being demoted all the way to having your job posted while still working there. Since I left I’ve been happier and my home life isn’t suffering. No sense of accomplishment. Unrealistic expectations. Impossible to make the right decision. Abnormal micromanagement. Terrible equipment to get the job done. Constantly understaffed. Dishonest employees. Impossible inventory situation"
