What do you like about working at BioStorage Technologies?

"every day is different and filled with challenges. I enjoy working with a wide group of very talented individuals."

"Push for more. Do not settle for what they offer. This will likely be the most difficult job you have in your life (except if you're in Operations...)"

What don't you like about working at BioStorage Technologies?

"There are too many complex projects going on at once without enough direction. It is often the case that they hire on brand new personnel to handle complex projects while enthusiastic personnel get overlooked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would provide more advice on how to streamline processes and large, complex projects."

What do you like about working at BioStorage Technologies?

"BioStorage is wonderful at encouraging employees to perform their best. They are also very supportive of continuing education and training. The work culture is very fast-paced and with high expectations, but the people are generally laid back and non-competitive between one another."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"BioStorage rewards people who take initiative. Lazy people will not get by effectively or successfully. I would recommend showing enthusiasm and optimism!"

What don't you like about working at BioStorage Technologies?

"I would be more open to suggestions from non-managerial personnel. I would also be sure to encourage personnel to take advantage of the training benefits offered. Furthermore, the decision-making is made at the top of the hierarchy; more of the decision-making for issues that affect employees directly should be made democratically."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would try to create a culture of trust between the managerial positions and the non-managerial personnel. I would also reward ingenuity on a regular basis."
