It is a very challenging and task oriented field which makes your day to day job very exciting. What I don't like about the job is it does not get as much respect as it deserves and sometimes it is taken for granted."

"There is no push for speed, deadlines, or innovation. Does not feel competitive to industry."

"Implement accountability and deadlines. With no deadlines and no clear path forward, there is no vision to strive for."

"Egos run rampant, No communication, It's Micro-managed, Work hours are long and not compensated for, Mediocre pay, Zero room for promotions, and there is no resolve when complaints are made to management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find some new management and get out of the comfort zone a little bit. Not everything requires the CEO's approval. Time is money. Make decisions for yourself and don't play the blame game."
