I have created great opportunities for the company to go to the next level. The owner has been in the business for thirty-five years. He brought me aboard with the idea of replacing him but has a tough time giving it up. I do not want to wait for him to have a change of heart."

"I enjoy the type of work bioclinica offers, my manager, and my coworkers. Overall, it is a great company to be with. The main cons of the company are the lack of direction, inconsistent strategy (if any), and lack of advancement in technologies and teams. It would be nice to see money invested back into the products and employees."
