"Binji is overall a great company with a great idea as a startup. However, the management (one of the owners) was not willing to take the responsibility to make any decision and is hoping to have other shareholders and VC to make suggestions on how to run the business. This setup makes operation extremely difficult, especially when most owners have multiple other businesses to run and are located oversea. Many requests and proposals were denied and postpone to infinity. It has some great minds, and a great product, but poor management."
