"I have worked with the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland as a Poker Dealer for two years. I was forced to go to part time and told that I would be working 3 days a week with an option to work one addition day every two weeks. This option was reduced to 3 days only and then eventually to 2 days only. No explanation was given and the union did not fight these changes. I would not recommend this particular workplace unless you wanted to make this job a career."

"I feel for the work one does, the compensation is far below the industry average. Appears to be a lot of favoritism. The job is fun, but not sure about the trade off of the low salary, holidays and weekends. Could handle the trade off better, if salary were better."
