"Growth should occur for rising leaders who produce excellent work. Growth should not be base on upper management politic"

"Working at this company allows me to be in a comfortable setting while completing all tasks."

"Ask many questions regarding functions required to perform. Also, verify how the position desired stands within the company."
What don't you like about working at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan?
"There is no accountability for any of the workers (attorneys, paralegals, secretaries) outside of accounting. The blame seems to revert back to the accounting department, yet no credit or gratitude is given when things are done efficiently."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make all other workers accountable for their own work. It will allow not only the accounting department to run smoothly, but make the firm as a whole more productive by saving more time and money."

"We can ask anybody of their work if not done as customer perspective."

"It is good to work with VSNL to gain knowledge. But no growth even they are really appreciate my work/ideas/sense of humour with full of heart."

"I Make all the managers work on their individual goals/work and do open for each and every employee for their ideas and make them feel comfortable and think in innovatoive way to improve the things/industry."

"The management was new and seemed to be feeling their way around things"

"Take suggestions from subordinates and be flexible and to some degree understanding"
