"There is no accountability for any of the workers (attorneys, paralegals, secretaries) outside of accounting. The blame seems to revert back to the accounting department, yet no credit or gratitude is given when things are done efficiently."

"Make all other workers accountable for their own work. It will allow not only the accounting department to run smoothly, but make the firm as a whole more productive by saving more time and money."
