"the person who ran the place was not that involved with the kids or the departments/employers that ran the boys & girls club"

"One should take a more active role in Their suppose to manage 2nd being a manager is like being a babysitter its important to watch just watch over every dpt make sure people are doing what needs to be done at any point you as a manager or someone else has to do or cover someone else's job that person is needs to be replaced cause its just making it harder on the company its self"

"Company structure lacks business savvy profesdionals with diverse background. The business area of the company suffers in this area due to the unwillingness to allow new ideas and accept change. They employ a lot to educationally skilled workers but on the operational side business professionals are almost none existant therefore the understanding of basic business principals are overlooked."

"Read the job description closely and be ready to put your talents to work. Be very patient and alert at all times. Must be a quick learner to get with the program fast and ask questions if in doubt."

"Take advantage at times of employees talents. Dates given often change. need to be on toes because things may change on blink of an eye."

"Not spend so much time/ money on perfection. prioritize, be resourceful and not have employees stray so far away from their job description."

"Some of the staff act like kids and don't want to get work done."

"Better screening process for staff, make sure they know it is for the kids."

"I've done my internship here and they liked the work I did for them that they asked me to help them out with another project. Everyone here is really nice and they gave me the complete freedom to be as creative as I wanted to be."

"I loved working there because of the teens and my co-workers. Mr. Reggie and LaShonna are amazing as my superiors. They listen and contribute to the success of the your programs there at all the locations. Carla was a great program director as well. It is fast paced. You will certainly have your hands full and be gratified by the success of the students there."
