"While this job is fun to do, like interacting with customers, and selling products you enjoy, this job does not pay well and does not take care of their employees. For the things each and everyone of us do, we get paid minimum wage. Especially when not only do you have to have some knowledge about the product, which you achieve on your own, but you have to up sell and don't even get paid commission for it. They mark up the prices to get every single dollar from consumers, but do not care to give a decent wage to their hard working employees."

"BevMo is always hiring seasonal employees from September to November."

What don't you like about working at BevMo!?

"All stores must look and feel the same, however this can be impossible in some situations and some members of management are unaware."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Understand your individual stores better and allow each store more independence as they know their customer base better."

"I like the Wine, Spirit and Ale education. The job made me appreciate the product production process."

"I wish the job could have offered more money and opportunities for growth."

"Streamline the online sales process and include the customer services team. There was a disconnect between the web site and customers and the store information system and the web site."
