"Having been with Better Buzz Coffee for over 1 year, I would recommend this job for anyone looking for stable hours and a fun team. For the past 3 managers, I've had accommodated my changes in schedule well. My co-workers have always made shifts enjoyable, though we did have high turnover because the volume of customers gets overwhelming sometimes. I believe working conditions could improve if we didn't have as many POS technology issues and facility breakdowns. Overall it is an above-average company to work for."
