"Decent job friendly people and tech staff. Not the ideal management. They hire too many new people to manage the IT staff and constantly change the game plan so we have to re-learn standards on an almost monthly basis. Every day walking into work... into the unknown. It's sometimes overwhelming when the new management starts calling the shots and you do something incorrect, that used to be correct but is no longer correct and you have to explain to customers that you can no longer do this or that because the new management will not allow the previous old methods of help. We are no longer a helpdesk anymore... now we are a "service desk" but the only service we provide is help for peoples computers. We do not provide health service or internet service... just, over the phone assistance. we rarely see our actual supervisor and always have to deal with some new guy micro-managing us."
