"This is a great company to work with. The only company I've worked for that treats their employees like family. They're loving and caring here. If you find a negative review it's from an employee who didn't clock in and it's frustrated they didn't get pay for not verifying properly. Best Star has had many issues where the state recouped money from them because they paid employees their full hours, even though they didn't clock in properly in the patients home, when they were on their shift. After they stopped risking themselves and losing money and following the state rules some employees who never follow rules get upset. I've been with the company for years. It's a great company to work for, great staff. Don't let reviews of biased people who can't follow rules sway your mind. I love BEST STAR HOME HEALTH."
"Pay often late or check wrong. Zero respect for employees. No benefits. Minimum wage."
