"This company was extremely accommodating with my education. However as a Data Entry clerk I feel that there is no upwards mobility for me in the company which is the reason why I want to move forward to a Software Developer job. If there is anyway I can describe the company is that its a small business with a traditional corporate cubical environment. The biggest issue with this company is that a portion of its technology is woefully out of date."
