"Employees (when I was on the Best Buy Geed Squad) got squeezed. They were pummeled by angry customers and then by uncaring store management. It was a thankless job in a soulless place."

"Management is generally terrible and usually comprised of retardedly green managers. They underpay their techs who can (and in my case, have) found much better paying jobs and they don't reward, promote or properly accommodate their superior techs. They also barely reprimand their inferior techs. All of this causes a general vortex of failure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire better management. Reward your superior techs with raises or bonuses. Fire or train your inferior techs. Computer salesmen are not techs."

"Meeting new people, and each time it is something different when troubleshooting new technologies and hardware."

"Well, although I'm a very even keeled person, who doesn't get aroused very easily, but some days would be more difficult than others when dealing with customers that were not pleased with the service."

"Good, great people to work with, can get stressful at times, but overall a good job. The company will have get togethers with the employees and do fun activity such as laser tagging, mass video game part, watching movies, walk-a-thon events, and cook outs."

"Know a lot about customer service skills, think of good examples in your pass to tell about during your interview. Be very up front with them and have a good experience during the interview process."

"Meetings on early Sundays, certificate quizzes that don't talk about there main point, hours are given somewhat oddly sometimes."

"Look after all employees, make sure that you keep each employee in check and give proper training when starting."
