"Management does not understand how to work employees. Lack of communication makes unhappy employees and unhappy customers. Management is very intimidating and not easy to work with or for."

"Managers need to know what is going on and how each of their departments work. They are not all the same. Get to know the people that work for you."

"You feel like you're being attacked from upper management all the time."

"Communicate better. Having your employees provide customer service with out the knowledge of what the company is doing, in store and out, causes poor customer service. Also mistreating your employees and cause fear between manager and associate relationship does hinder associates productivity"
