4.1I've worked as Metallurgist and grew to quality manager role, i had the opportunity to implement lot of ideas and improves processes in terms of quality and productivity. I was able to develop new products and communicate across departments including sales, corporate in Germany, R&D, etc with no issues. The Benteler's safety comes first goal is amazing and "Make it happen" culture is awesome.
3.9It's a company that offers decent pay. H.R. are willing to work with you when it comes to family life. The supervisors are people that are willing to listen to their employees. This company is a B.M.W. supplier and takes pride in the parts that are assembled.
3.2I have been at Benteler for several years. I can only speak of the Goshen ,Indiana facility. There is a serious revolving door problem with the plant level management. There never seems to be a clear direction, more just the flavor of the day.
