"I've worked as Metallurgist and grew to quality manager role, i had the opportunity to implement lot of ideas and improves processes in terms of quality and productivity. I was able to develop new products and communicate across departments including sales, corporate in Germany, R&D, etc with no issues. The Benteler's safety comes first goal is amazing and "Make it happen" culture is awesome."
