"I've worked for Upstream Rehabilitation for 3 years. Beginning as an Assistant Athletic Trainer, I was given opportunities to implement change, growth, and customize my own work environment. The mentorship opportunity and open door policy were huge factors in my well-being as an employee of the company. Additionally, the morals, mission, vision, and values of the company aligned with my own, making the every day purpose of my job easy and enjoyable. The only downsides of the job were the hours (1-9pm) and working alone."
