"Way to much cross training.Seems like nobody ever knows what is going on,and everyone is scared to make a decision."

"Quit throwing water on everything everyday. Quit cross training. Moral is at a all time low,people get fired and the replacements come in and do the same thing. People that have worked in the company for years no more than a college graduate with manager title."
