"Bemis was great place to work before the strike in '09. After that things were rocky for a couple of years. I now believe that the corporate payback time has ended. It is back to business with just normal work placed friction. I would have loved to stay on with company but life had other ideas. I wish them well."

"I've worked for Bemis since 2013. The environment in IT is very upbeat and everyone gets along great. The only downfall is that sometimes you're viewed as a number in such a big company and there's not too much room for promotion than to another department. Micro management can occur from time to time and there are a lot of changes in roles throughout the year. In the year and a half that I was at Bemis, I've had 3 different managers."
