"make sure that the person your interviewing will fit in with the other employees, its good to know how to hire the right person to fit into the scheme."

"The management, the micro managing, the waste of resources, the not practical ideas, the no advancement opportunity's"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be a good manager or have good managment you need inncentive for your employees to keep doing well at what there hired for, its ok to draw the line worker and friend but get to know your employees and who they are so they can feel like they matter a little bit more."

What don't you like about working at Ritz-Carlton ?
"hotel business is a 24/7/365 work environment. You must be willing to sacrifice family time. It's not a great quality of life for those with families and interests outside of work, that is if you are interested in working up the corporate ladder."

"It is what it is. For what it is, it's a great place!"
