"Recognition of achievements and proyects, there is not a horizontal staff eveluation, you dont have the opportunity to dicuss or share your ideas with top management, they dont look for effective solutions instead they hire fire and hire new people. Lack of communication within the staff"

"improve of communication, extaernal evaluation of all management levels to avoid bias in the More communicatin, eveluation, create motivational plans, and plans for professional growth, divide work on equal proportions, that top management should have more or equal level of experience that lower staf level or mangement"
