Bell Media Employee

"i am working in Crave project.we have some difficulty to make a plan and each developer doesn't know what to do during the sprint you should go and just pick a task because they never assign all the tasks for the whole sprint to you. it is chaos. it is always a poor connection between teams. Jira tasks are unclear and most of the are blocked with no explanations and I am always wondering why they assign it to us in this spring when there is no document or it is dependent to the backend and design team! obviously there is a lack of management there."
