"There was a cooperative feeling within the company -- similar to what I experienced at Teletype Corporation. Both organizations were owned (to some degree) by AT&T. I always felt that the organization was sensitive to its employees' needs."

"Lots of downsizing in various departments require constant re-training and moving work locations."
