"I have worked at Belcan for 3 years. My boss is amazing. But the pay is not competitive at all and the work environment is not great. For the last month we have had no light in my teams room of about 30 cubicles from a generator incident that blew out all the light in the building."

"Terrible place to work. They hired 3 stress analysts on the same day and within 3 months they had laid off all 3 as too slow.Probability says they should have kept 1.5 stress analysts, or at least 1. In my personal experience I was given an assignment to finish by 1/1/14. On 1/1/14 as I turned in the completed stress analysis they COMPLETELY changed the design. When I finished it two weeks later, the work was approved by GE. Don't work here unless you are desperate."

Lastly, Belcan is not responsible for my layoff, GE Energy is. Belcan is doing what they can to find me another position with GE, in Aviation, Oil & Gas, or Transportation."
