"The unwillingness of of listening to the people who build the parts everyday. That have suggestions or ideas that better support the company."

"Their lack of trying new things that could benefit the company. Management is always right and the workers are always wrong to the people upstairs. The company claims to be looking for people that think outside the ox, this is a lie, unless it is in the box they want. Also, claimed to be family oriented and that could not be further from the truth."

"The whole package, lack of safety, lack of management, and technology. Lack of desire to achieve excellence. No one life, limb and safety was of a concern. Product quality was NON-existence. Lack of forward looking management."

"Plan better to reduce stress on their employees and allow time for Maintenance to do PM's on the equipment."
