"No, I do not have much to say regarding others interviewing Bechtel because everybody might not be in same situation as me."
What don't you like about working at Bechtel?
"In office we have very less communication with the owner and the different vendors. Therefore this lack of communication causes an inaccurate design and mistakes in our work. This also affects our growth rate in terms of knowledge and carrier."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion for Bechtel Management (Indian office) is to have an open culture of communication between vendors and the owners."
