What do you like about working at Bechtel?

"Work pressure is less as compared to EPC contract since we are working as a client."

"Just to remind them the old saying that if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys."

What don't you like about working at Bechtel?

"There is a racism between Western expat & Asian expats. These includes salary bracket, rotational leave, housing and other employee benefits. This is not particular to Bechtel but also to all companies in Middle East, unlike in other countries the contract package of both Asian and Western expat have minimal difference."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The contract package of Asian expat should be increased or adjusted as compared to Western since both are working in the same company, same project, same business units, same client and lastly, same number of dependents. A monthly allowance of Western expat is almost 4 months salary of Asian expat."
