"In my case even though I am a contract employee I have always put the company first in being on time, security for Bechtels confidential info, and presented sound items for improvement in engineering and construction improvements. I was told Bechtlel doesn't do things that way. I know from my extensive field experience these suggestions would help field personnel and improve field productivity."
