"They treated me like a person instead of an employee. I could express my ideas and opinions without being slammed by a foreman or boss. I'm also a professional bass fisherman and they made sure I had time off to compete in a tournament."

"Just be yourself. If they like you they'll hire you. If your not up to par they won't. You gotta have a good background as well."

"How the big bosses would let their family members that worked out there get away with so much stuff."

"I relocated 5 times in the 2 years of employment. As a single person this is fine, but it is detrimental to the family."

"Utilize technology so relocation is not as frequent, only requiring travel on a periodic basis."
