"Make sure you understand what you're going to be responsible for monetarily before taking a job offer from the company."
What don't you like about working at BeavEx?
"Wages weren't adequate to the mileage demanded out of personally-owned vehicle. All money earned went into gas for vehicle or vehicle maintenance. No money left over to pay bills, or to live on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Arrange routes to be profitable for drivers by either making them run company vehicles, or pay couriers more money to be able to afford to work there."
"The pay is horrendous. $125 for 240 miles a day! I want a raise, how about 3 dollars! Before hiring, the company was supposed to pay me $155 a day. Later when I asked my supervisor about it, she states the route pays $125 and she will check in on it. NEVER calls me back! In 5 weeks time, left 4 messages with 4 other employees and STILL, no return call. But, they have NO problem asking you to pay for something, or auditing you because they NEVER drove the route!"
