"Especially at the associate level, there is a fair amount of data monkey work. Sometimes, it can feel like you're an expensive temp agency."

"Provide more active engagement at all levels of the team, with better defined goals and clearer ownership responsibilities."

"In the case study the first thing to do is to figure out the sources of drivers for any fact/symptom/indicator they give."
