"I started work for Travel By Netflix in January 2020 before the pandemic. Working out the Netflix office was a great way to get to know everyone and to build solidarity. However, due to the pandemic, we have to start working from home and travel stopped for a couple of months all together. Through this, we were still able to adjust and the team became closer over zoom and chats. Management did what they could to obtain high spirits during the pandemic but they were forced to furlough as no one was traveling. Our technology was not the best and something that was very frustrating to the team."
