"This used to be the best bank in the industry for employees. Since the change in senior leadership in 2010, the bank has done a complete 180 degree change in the company culture.The focus is now totally profit driven with no regard for client service or for employee satisfaction. This bank is now like every other large banking juggernaut out there. It is a true shame."

"Horrible company to work for. They treat their employees terribly and expect you to work all day with no lunch break. They don't lend based on credit history but by your relationship with the bank. Don't believe anything they tell you and don't ever apply to work here. They could care less about their employees."
