"Very limited job growth, as I am a Business Lender 6...no promotion options"

"Allow Business Lenders to have more time selling and less time underwriting."

"There's a 5 year repayment agreement for training in the leadership development program and corporate jobs will be oversold and may not have much room for growth."

"Disorganized, doesn't follow company policies and procedures, not enough training...."

"Better organize, restructure departments, cut down on time of approval processes and hierarchical red tape."
