What do you like about working at BBL Construction Services?

"This was my first try at commercial PM work. I had always done Industrial critical capital projects or shut-downs. BBL worked with me and with a year they were giving me there toughest projects."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are a little tough, i.e. the HR guy. Other than that, BBL is a great company. Realize they have many, many Project Managers. You will be only one of many. You have to excell above many others and even then, may not go futher."

What don't you like about working at BBL Construction Services?

"Not much really. I guess I thought their HR Department had to much to do with daily operations. A small thing but they would fire people one every 8 months or so just because they wanted turn-around per Jack Welch's book (the CEO of GE)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Kepp you committments. They promised me bonuses that never came after I performed my part to the tee. That is dishonest in my opinion. If you feel the company is not honest, you notice that in a negitive way."
