"This place has no idea where it is going. We are stuck in a dysfunctional situation, that we've failed to manage well in the past decade and don't have any new ideas for managing now. There is little willingness by leadership to take charge of a problem and fix it."

"Use my authority and make decisions. I would restructure the entire organization to put a full time person in charge, rather than the current decentralized authority structures."

"Use it as an educational experience. The pay isn't great and you don't always work with the most prepared producers."

"Being under compensated and under-valued. Management isn't the greatest and tend to side with anybody but the editor when things go wrong."

"Be more supportive and show your appreciation of your workers. It's not easy when you have producers who aren't very good at what they do and come unprepared to work."
