"Be truthful. Not knowing the job is not a bad, it's good. This gives you an open mind when it comes to your training in a plant environment."

"Some of the products we made were deadly. Some would kill you on contact, but it came with the job. Proper training and knowing your job were key."

"More oversight. Department manager was dismissed only after found to be accepting bribes and kickbacks from vendors."

"Numerous layoffs and downsizing every year since 2002. A lot of nepitism occurs in this company."
