"Very micro managed. Very strict on sick days and vacation days."

"It is complicated, because I work at BAYER, but officially I work for Schawk, so it is a delicate situation, but also no growth opportunity."

"I would re-organize the department slightly to split into production separate from project management and also simplify the process, too many steps that add additional time and cost."
