"It is a nice place to work at as well friendly staff very helpful lots of stuff to learn about . A great eater dinner place. It a stress free job . I like working and training with others."

"Hope to get off a contract job and move over to get hired in full time at Siemens health care that is taking over Bayer plant. If not plan to start a new career with someone company that has full time openings ."

"Challenging work environment being in a regulated (FDA) Industry. Salary and Benefits well above average for the area. Weak site leadership team and a poor culture with rampant favoritism limits opportunities for advancement to a select few. Individual performance reviews not based on accomplishments but on managements perceptions and opinions. Slow growth Consumer Packaged Goods Industry with little to get excited about."
